Showcasing African Food and Culture.

In 2016 FOSOA was launched — a company that sought to promote and change perceptions around African food. It was a raving success. Within a few short weeks of launch, FOSOA received an exclusive feature in The Times UK & Ireland. The feature is behind a paywall. The brand grew, and we produced over 70 videos and 3 original content series: FOSOA Origins, Food Hacks and SimplyMAU. FOSOA Origins was accepted and can be watched on the global platform: Amazon Prime Video. Food Hacks was sponsored by SPAR Ireland. SimplyMAU was featured in the leading Mauritius media house: Le Defi Media. We are incredibly proud of the work and tremendous success we achieved with FOSOA.
